Accepted abstracts
Acceptance letters have been sent out by e-mail to the submitting author on Friday March 2, 2018. The submitting author can also login to the abstract system, by clicking here, and view the message. All currently accepted abstracts can be seen in the list below.
Kindly confirm your presentation by registering to the conference (if you have not previously done so): https://www.gap2018.org/registration-2/ as soon as possible, but at the latest on March 16, 2018. Should you need to cancel and withdraw your abstract please let us know as soon as possible so that we can accept someone from the waiting list, thank you.
Participation in the conference is free of charge for all Sister Institutions (select “network member” and your home university when registering. You will be asked for billing details, but these are merely to confirm participation and prevent no shows). For non-network member a small registration fee applies. You are kindly asked to arrange travel and accommodation yourself, for more information please see https://www.gap2018.org/travel/ and https://www.gap2018.org/accommodation/).

Only abstracts from talks and posters presented at the meeting will be published (publication in the online abstract book as password protected pdf).
Grants
The GAP 2018 conference organisation has no travel grants to offer. To inquire about support, kindly turn to the contact person at your home university that manages the Sister Institution network membership.
